  • Cloudways (DigitalOcean): Our website is hosted on servers located in New York, USA.
  • Cloudflare CDN: Used globally to optimize and secure content delivery.
  • AWS S3: All teaching media (video/audio) is securely stored on Amazon S3 servers.
  • AWS CloudFront: Media is delivered through Amazon’s global content delivery network.

Whenever data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • Use of providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or
  • Execution of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission

These measures ensure your data is handled in compliance with EU data protection standards.

11. International Users

If you access DharmaSun from outside the EU, including from the United States or other regions with different data protection laws, please note that your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different legal frameworks.
