The book is Journey Without Goal: The Tantric Wisdom of the Buddha, by Chogyam Trungpa. This is the first book Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche released about Tantric Buddhism. At the beginning of the book is the beautiful practice liturgy Crying to the Gurus from Afar, in English, translated by the Nalanda Translation Committee, under the direction of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Next to reading Trungpa’s book, the reading group will include chanting sessions of the version of Crying to the Gurus From Afar, as translated by Erik Pema Kunsang.
There are two groups reading this book. One group meets every Tuesday at 8:00pm (Paris) and one group every Tuesday at 8:00pm (New York). You are welcome to join the group in the timezone that is most convenient for you.
