Part III of Third Excellence is Online
We are very pleased to announce that Part III of the Third Excellence went online on November 29th. This is the first of the four sections of the Preliminary Practices: refuge and prostrations. The prerequisite is having completed parts I and II of the Third Excellence, and having accumulated the mantras of the Inner Tara Sadhana.

*ZOOM MEETING DETAILS
You can join the Zoom room by simply clicking the “click here” links that are provided above.
It has the password embedded in the link. Or, if you prefer, you can manually enter the Zoom room number and when prompted, enter the password.

Please check your Zoom application for updates—they happen frequently, improve the product, and sometimes Zoom won’t work properly unless you have the latest version.

If you haven’t already installed Zoom, then ahead of time, you will need to download the Zoom app, which is free. You can do this on your computer, or on any one of your other devices. Download the version you need here: https://zoom.us/download

You might want to check out the functions of Zoom ahead of time to figure out how to turn your camera on/off, your sound on/off, etc. Here’s a help page with a way to test it out:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002262083-How-Do-I-Test-Prior-to-Joining-a-Meeting-

We will open the Zoom room a few minutes early, so people can get comfortable with all the bells and whistles of their Zoom app.
