Inner Tara Retreat

Join us for the upcoming Inner Tara retreat at Gomde Pyrénées, both in person as well as online. The retreat will take place from September 23 to October 13, under the guidance of Drubpon Lama Tenzin. This retreat offers a profound opportunity for us to deepen our practice and forge a stronger connection with the Dharma, with a specific focus on Tara practice.

Retreat Application:
Registration is now open. Register here!

Duration options:
We understand the need for flexibility in your retreat experience. You can choose the duration that best suits your availability and practice goals, with options for 10, 14, or 21-day participation. All options start on September 23.

Pricing:
To make this retreat accessible to all, we will offer a special pricing structure for full retreat participants. This reduced price per day allows you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat, ensuring a transformative experience for every practitioner.

Accommodation options:
To allow as many practitioners as possible to take advantage of this precious opportunity, we will be converting most rooms in Gomde to double rooms. We will reserve two single rooms for participants who plan to attend the full 21 day retreat. Please note that participants can also choose single accommodation in the outdoor retreat huts. These huts do have outside dry toilets and sinks and showers, but do not have electricity. We hope that these various options will allow participants to choose the most conducive setting for practice.

Empowerments:
No empowerment is required for this retreat. We warmly welcome practitioners from all backgrounds and levels of experience to join.

Schedule:
Online retreat participants can adjust the schedule to their own timezone. Sessions will be live-streamed, enabling them to join Gomde Pyrénées’ streamed sessions at suitable times. If timezone constraints arise, participants can utilize practice recordings. Successful completion of all scheduled sessions, both in person and online, over three weeks fulfills the requirements for the Inner Tara Sadhana. This applies only to participants who have already arrived at the Inner Tara Sadhana in TTE’s online program.

Full-time volunteers (6 hours per day) will receive all meals and lodging for their service and will have the freedom to engage in their own personal practice or join the group practice during their off-hours.

We are currently seeking three individuals to help with cleaning, food preparation, outdoor maintenance, and general organization at Gomde. In addition, we are seeking a vegetarian cook who has experience cooking for groups of 23-35 people. Volunteer positions will be prioritized for individuals actively involved in TTE.

We look forward to embarking on this profound retreat together.

With heartfelt wishes,
Your Tara’s Triple Excellence Team.
