Join us for a three-day online retreat! Whether you are new to Buddhism or meditation, or you are a seasoned practitioner, this retreat will give you a chance to focus on teachings and practices around loving kindness and compassion that are so essential to inner health and spiritual growth.

From January 8 until 10th of January 2021, we will offer an online retreat dedicated to the loving kindness and compassion from the treasure teachings used in the Tara’s Triple Excellence online program. This three-day retreat will be skillfully guided by Lama Tenzin Sangpo, a senior lama and chant master from Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery in Kathmandu. Lama Tenzin has spent the last decade travelling the world and teaching Tara’s Triple Excellence to audiences on four continents.

During two facilitated live sessions, one on Saturday and one on Sunday (English only), participants will have the opportunity to connect and collectively prepare questions their group wishes to ask Lama Tenzin during the Q&A.

This retreat will be offered in English, Russian and Spanish.

Registration: Dec 20 to Jan 15, 2021
Access to retreat and videos: Jan 8 to Jan 17, 2021

During the first session of the retreat, we will learn more about the Tara’s Triple Excellence path in general and, specifically, the preliminary practices that accompany each session. In the second session, we will develop a deeper understanding of the profound meaning of loving kindness and compassion. We will devote the remaining eight sessions that follow to meditation practices that expand our own capacity for loving kindness and compassion. Throughout the retreat, there will also be two zoom sessions offered for participants to ask questions to Lama Tenzin Sangpo.

Please see the schedule below for a complete listing of videos and zoom sessions.
